San Antonio Registration

For One Dollar ($1) Dollar and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby irrevocably grant to Team Combat League LLC and its affiliated entities, successors, licensees, designees and assigns (collectively, “you”) the right to use any photographs, films or recordings (whether embodying sound alone, visual images alone or sound coupled with visual images) embodying the likenesses, performances, voice, sound effects or other identification(s) currently existing or taken or made of me, in connection with the appearance, participation and/or performance in and in connection with the audiovisual production currently entitled “Road To The Ring” filmed at any time.

You may, either actually or fictionally, use, publish, publicize, promote, advertise or otherwise exploit my name, portrait, picture and/or voice, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter known or devised, forever, and throughout the universe, and in connection with the exploitation of any rights therein. I hereby release you from all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with any use of said photographs, films or recordings, including, without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation and any other personal and/or property rights.

I acknowledge that you are the sole owner in perpetuity of all rights in and to said photographs, films and recordings for all purposes. I understand that you are relying on the foregoing in the exploitation of such rights and that I am granting my permission to you as an inducement for you to proceed with the exploitation of such rights. This acknowledgement shall be irrevocable and I shall have no right to enjoin, restrain or in any way interfere with the promotion and/or exploitation of any such rights.
